He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Hale (Tammy) of Madison, WV, Freddie Hale (Cathy) of Racine, WV, Vernia Bell Pritchard of Danville, WV, Jewell Hale of Danville, WV, Eloise Lucas of Madison, WV, Carolyn Berry (Fred) of Danville, WV and Dottie Jarrell (Gary) of Rosedale, IN; his children, Kenneth Hale Jr. (Stella) of St. Albans, WV and Cindy Chandler (Danny) of Racine, WV; his grandchildren, Katrina Ramey (Adam) of East Bend, NC, Emily Hale (Fred) of Merritt Island, FL, Daniel Chandler (Sheila) of Peytona, WV, Tonya Buffington of Kanawha City, WV, Joey Gibson (Paula) of Hurricane, WV, Heather Cummings (Jason) of Dunbar, WV and Candice Krebs of Dunbar, WV; his great grandchildren, Jordan Ramey, Shaylynn Ramey, Alex Chandler, Austin Chandler, Josie Gibson and Chelsy Terry; and his great great grandchildren, Marshall Terry and McKenna Terry.
