He is survived by: his wife Rachel F. McCloud (Guinn); his son Billy McCloud (Mary Beth) of Keyser; his grandchildren, Abby Shillingburg (Matthew), Malachi and Brenna McCloud; his siblings, James McCloud of Keyser, Dennis McCloud of Keyser, Betty Laffin of Baltimore, MD, Jean Cantrell (Frank) of Liberty, SC, Joan Peters of Annapolis, MD, June Long (Robert) of Keyser and Barbara Holley (Harold) of Gerrardstown, WV; and his sister-in-law Gladys McCloud of Keyser.
