He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Matusky and Velma Mehosky Matusky; and his wife Nancy Ashcraft Matusky. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Matusky (Judy) of Jacksonville, FL, Scott Matusky and Chad Matusky (Brenda); his grandchildren, Destiny Matusky (Chris Eads), Dylan, Ryan, Levi, Lauren, Emma, Ethan Matusky, Chris Lanyon and Renee Scudder; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Peyton Matusky; and his sister Judy Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
