He is survived by: his wife Rachel Annette Marsh (McNeel) of Belington; his children, Steven Shane Marsh (Crystal) of Charlotte, NC, Wendy Marsh Barber of Englewood, FL, Raechelle Marsh Downing (Todd) of Port Orchard, WA and Kimberly Marsh Hughes of Ashville, NC; his uncles, John Richard Adams (Martha) of Nestorville, WV and Paul D. Adams of Nestorville, WV; his brothers, Richard Love (Patricia) of Belington and Gary Hutson (Louise) of Glen Bernie, MD; and his cousin Jeffrey Krell of Belington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
