She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blaine Irvin and Sylvia Sexton Rankin Irvin; her husband Charles Dorman Perkins; and her siblings, Jim Irvin, Bob Irvin and Betty Lou McIntire.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy VanPelt (Delmus) of Rachel, Stephen Perkins (Phyllis) of Rachel and Charles Perkins (Rosie) of Fairview; and her grandchildren, Jennifer VanPelt, Derik VanPelt, Danielle Dillon, Stephen Perkins, Zachary Perkins and Matthew Perkins.
