He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kelly Boothe and Iva Agnes O'Dell Boothe; and his siblings, Emogene Boothe, Duard Boothe, Ranus Boothe, Darrell Boothe and Rev. Houston Boothe.
He is survived by: his wife Shelva McClung Boothe; and his children, Marsha Ocheltree (Kevin), Tim Boothe (Pam) of Butler, PA, Kevin Boothe (Robin) of Lewisburg and Steve Boothe (Wanda) of Lewisburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
