He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Barbe and Eleanor Combs Barbe; his wife Charlotte; and his sister Carol Frick. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Barbe (Jeff Doss), Karen Jiles (Stacy), Kimberly Adams (Michael) and David Barbe (Tina); his grandchildren, David Andrew Hamrick (Tina), Kaleb Hamrick (Yumi), Marc Hamrick (Teanna Stewart), Eva Jiles, Colton Jiles, Christopher Barbe (Erin), Wyatt Wilson, Baylie Barbe and Noah Adams (Evan Adams); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Hamrick and Hadley Mele; and his brothers, Roy Barbe (Tess) and Jeff Barbe.
