He was predeceased by: his father John Lee Reel; his daughter Sherri Renee Pratt; and his half-sister Libby Ann Reel. He is survived by: his mother Judy F. Leatherman (Pratt) of Fisher, WV; his former wife Helen T. Kifer of Moorefield, WV; his daughters, Amanda Barrett (Josh) of Wardensville, WV and Heather Pratt of Moorefield, WV; his grandchildren, Kaden Barrett and Leiliiana Lopez; his significant other Tammy Shingleton of Purgitsville, WV; his sister Julie "Sue" Pratt of Fisher, WV; and his half-siblings, Kathy Bobo of Fisher, WV and Marshall "Ike" See of Cross Junction. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
