He is survived by: his wife Shelia Sandy; his children, Tammy Hilkey (Larry) of Pullman, WV and Bobby Sandy (Lisa) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Anthony Arnott, Macy, Evan and Bobbi June Sandy; his great grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Caleb Arnott, Kash and Kahli Meeks; and his brother Floyd Sandy.
