She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Wood and Pauline Virginia Layfield Amos; her brothers, Robert Amos (Penny) and Okey P. Amos (Suzanna); and her significant other James Kenneth Perine.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Burton (Annie) of Harrisville, Edith "Edie" Burton of Harrisville and Loriann "Lori" Burton of Harrisville; her siblings, Frank Amos, Charlie L. Amos of Pullman and Rosalee Lanham (Bob Hilkey); her sister-in-law Glenna Amos; and her grandchildren, Jayson Lambert, Shane Burton, Andrew Burton, William Corey Sandy, Christopher Sandy, Sarah Elam and Lily Burton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and Abbie her dog.
