With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Coach James Gene Spadaro (Prosperity, West Virginia), born in Mount Hope, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2019 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack, Benny, Bill, Buck, Mary Patrick, Ruth Ann Bennett and Honey Pyles.

He is survived by: his wife Camilla Fontana Spadaro; his daughters, Gina Blankenship (Patricia Conelly) of Mount Hope and Mount Hope; his siblings, Rosie Stover, Josephine Robinson, Marie Bentley, Edith Bevins and Ted; and his children, Jamie Ward (Kevin), Jeremy Blankenship (Jamie), Amanda Floyd (Jeffrey), Michael Conelly (Dominique), Chrissy Blankenship and Michaela Conelly (Katie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
