He is survived by: his mother Susan Anderson Hamner (James "Spanks"); his siblings, Jimmy Hamner of Ohio, Mike McCray of Ohio and Shelby Hamner of Ohio; and his grandmother Norma Anderson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
