He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Albert and Virginia Chaplin (Richmond); his brother Floyd Chaplin; and his great grandchild Marion Sue Clark. He is survived by: his wife Ella Bea Chaplin (Howe); his children, Annette Clark (Tom), Wayne Chaplin (Tina), Brenda Rine (Paul) and Christy Miller (Jason); and his siblings, Merle Chaplin (Jean), James Chaplin, Martha Sego, Barbara O'Brien and Phyllis Bogzevitz. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
