It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Andrew Richmond of Proctor, West Virginia, born in Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ralph and Stephanie "Stella" Richmond (Mysliwiec). He is survived by: his wife Karen Richmond (Heinzman); his children, Rebecca Baker (Brian) of New Martinsville, WV, Melissa Richmond of Moundsville, WV, Lisa Jones (Johnny) of Wheeling, WV, Bill Ferrell (Alison) of Shinnston, WV and Jamie Brandon (Gary) of Shadyside, OH; his brother Joseph Richmond (Peggy) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Morgan, Brooke, Karlee, KayLynn, Leah, Gara, Pyper, Avery, Reese and Alayna; his great grandchildren, Xandria and Bry'Anna; his nephew Joseph Richmond, II (Loni); and also Cocoa.
