He is survived by: his children, Homer Wade, Jr. (Melinda) of Sistersville, WV, Stephen Wade (Michelle) of New Martinsville, WV, Mary Jane Wade of Proctor, WV, Eva Irene Henry (Donald) of Proctor, WV and Sarah Cogar (Aaron) of Paden City, WV; and his sisters, Pearl Smith (Charles) of Middlebourne, WV and Frances Yost of Middlebourne, WV. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
