It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elnora Tuttle of Proctor, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Holley William and Louisa Pearl Willoughby (Workman); her husband Thomas Virgil Tuttle; her daughter Roxanna Tuttle Root; her grandson Larry Ray Root; her siblings, Harold Willoughby and Xie Lee Willoughby Goddard; her sons-in-law, Albert Root and Edward Murriner; her children, Sandra Murriner of Hurricane, WV, Thomas Vernon Tuttle (Susie) of Proctor, WV and Randy Wayne Tuttle of Proctor, WV; her sisters, Verna Yoho of Paden City, Lennice Goddard of Santa Ana, CA and Sharon Ames of Warrenton, VA; her sister-in-law Deloris Tuttle Placer; her grandchildren, Becky Goodnight, Angela Harlan (Scott), Mary Ann Brannan (Shane), Heather McMasters (Kenny), Jonathan Murriner (Laura), Holly Rollins (Keith) and Caitlyn Lester (Joey); her great grandchildren, Michaela, Kara, Sandra, Blake, Sierra, Samantha, Elnora, Asher, Elijah, Ben, Paul and Philip; and her great great grandchildren, Walker and Willa.
