He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Bell and Eva Mae Henry Bell; and his children, Bill "Willie" Bell Jr., Timothy Bell and Jeannie Goodrich.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda D. Argo; his grandchildren, Bill Colo, Mike Colo, Stomi Bell, Jacob Bell, Holly Bell, Cameron Lambert, Hannah and Savannah Hunt-Biglow; and his siblings, Edna Havener, Jean Bell and Howard D. Bell.
