He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Tooley and Bertha Mae Lusk Tooley; his wife Evelyn Heap Tooley; and his siblings, Garney Lusk, Everett Taylor, Michael Poore, Junior Taylor, Lorraine Young, Edna Lynch and Leona Shrewsberry.
He is survived by: his children, Lynette Maltman (Glen) of Belding, MI, Tina Maria Tooley of Princeton and Anthony D. Tooley of Brush Fork; his grandchildren, Sherry Maltman Rose, Clyde Farmer, Tiffani Hebb and Mya Jordan Tooley; his great grandchildren, Bray Thompson and Lay Thompson; and his siblings, James Poore, Fairley Poore, Roger Poore, Steve Poore, Lula Jones, Judy Roberts and Wanda Blevins.
