He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sherwood and Mary Peet Sherwood; his great grandchild Lincoln Milam; and his brother Robert "Bob" Sherwood. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Caldwell Sherwood; his children, Brandon Sherwood and Kristin Sherwood Brown of Ocala, FL; his granddaughters, Emily Miller (Levi), Megan Milam (Josh), Grace Sherwood and Penelope Brown; his great grandchild Emma Milam; and his sisters, Kathy Lilly (David) and Susie Kolojeski (Bill).
