She is survived by: her children, Roger Lee Hazelwood, Sr., Kenneth Hazelwood (Sherie) and Lisa Hazelwood (Ricky Swiger); her stepchildren, Jack Hammonds, Martha Hammonds, David Hammonds and Linda Hammonds; her sister Mary Bailey; her grandchildren, Eric Hazelwood (Emily), Ashley Hazelwood and Stephanie Davis; and her great grandchildren, Corbin Hazelwood, Sophie Hazelwood, Colton Hughes, Bentlee Neal, Madison Comer and Brody Hazelwood.
