He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilson Haywood and Willie Lee Haywood; and his siblings, Daniel Alec Haywood, Virginia Chandler, Carrie Dillon, Lilly May Jones, Blanche Joy Atkins and Lisa Diane Brinkley.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Haywood of Princeton; his son Joseph Wayne Haywood (Natasha Janes) of Hardy, WV; his nieces and nephews, Amber Dillon (Charles Hill), Angela Smith, Donald Dillon, Jr., David Haywood (Kelly), Janet Morris (Ricky), Norman Castillo, Jimmy Jones (Joyce), Thomas Smith, Jr. (Amanda), Hannah Tilley (Cameron Mahaffey) and Kamiyah Tilly; and his pet Sarge.
