He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Davis and Lois Colley Davis; his wife Marie Blevins Davis; and his brothers, James L. Davis, Jr. and George "Bunky" Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Ann Hunt (Kuba) and Walter Earl Davis (Helen); his grandchildren, Brandy Davis, Michael Davis, April Neely (Brock) and Brittney Huffman (Braxton); his stepgranddaughter Courtney Siers (Josh); and his sisters, Marian Shatley, Edith Dickinson and Carol Atkinson. He is also survived by Several loving nieces, nephews and friends.
