He is survived by: his wife Elaine Modad (Matthews); his daughter Lydia Spears (Jason Spears) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Payton and Cooper Spears; and his siblings, Adell Pettrey (Gaylon Pettrey) of Clifton Forge, VA and Freddy Modad (Linda Modad) of Princeton, WV..
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seaver Funeral Home (1507 N Walker St, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
