He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lorine Bumgarner Keene; his children, Deborah Beatrice Keene Davis (Gary) of Hagerstown, MD, Ethel Carol Keene of Abingdon, VA and Steven Douglas Keene (Patricia) of Galax, VA; his brothers, Thomas and Jack; his half-sister Judy Jonelle Smith; his stepsisters, Della Burnette and Betty Schwartz; his grandchildren, Staci Davis Wroblewski, Aaron Davis and Austin Keene; and his great grandchildren, Camille, Khloe Wroblewski, Lincoln and Jackson Davis.
