It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tex McCroskey of Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Tex leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Lynwood McCroskey; and his grandparents, Johnny and Lena Shrewsbury. He is survived by: his mother Eva Shrewsbury Hubbard of Princeton; his sisters, Lena "Pebbles" Scaldaferri (Frank) of Bowie, MD and Mary Worrell (James) of Spanishburg; and his great-niece Rachal Mae Rose. He is also survived by granddaughter; and many other extended family members and friends.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
