She is survived by: her husband Michael G. Alexander; her children, Fred (Jacqui Aisling), Chuck (Jamie Tabor), Columbia (Josh Perry) and Tabitha (Zach Dalton); and her siblings, Melvin Ball, Christopher Addison and Rebecca Breitenstein.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Appalachian Teen Challenge.
