He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Shrader and Lois Flinchum Shrader of Kegley, WV.. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Shrader Howell (Freddy) of Kegley; his nephew Freddy Howell, Jr. of Kegley; his niece Kimberly Howell Hamm; his great-niece Dulcie of Princeton; and his cousin Brenda Austin of Bluefield, VA.
