He is survived by: his parents, Fairley Burks and Sandra Morgan Burks of Princeton, WV; his son Seth Ray Burks (Ariel); his granddaughter Evelyn; his son Josh Burks of Narrows, VA; and his siblings, Duane Burks (April) of Princeton, WV, Sherry Haynes (James Edward II) of Matthews, NC and Scott Burks (Crystal) of Princeton, WV. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
