He is survived by: his wife Janet Blake; his children, Candice Brooks (Robert), Crystal Hall, Cassie Blake, Amanda Showalter (Derrick) and Eric Wood (Amber); his grandchildren, Matthew Roberts, Makayla Roberts, Darrell Sharp, James Sharp, Arial Showalter, Ja'Nyah Showalter, Grayson Showalter, Wesson Wood and Aislynn Wood; his brothers, Steve Blake (Peggy), John Blake (Tammy) and Danny Blake (Jill); his mother-in-law Tina Pennington; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Wood (Reggie) and Jane Nash (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
