She was predeceased by: her son Gerald Lewis Evans (Jerry); her husband George Lewis Evans; her sister Mary Lou Ohde; and her parents, George Ohde and Vera Davis Ohde.

She is survived by: her son George William Evans (Bill) of Richmond, VA; her granddaughters, Erin, Hayley and Melissa Evans (Missy) of Richmond; and her great grandchild Jordan Lewis Seay of Richmond.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The First United Methodist Church in Princeton, P.O. Box 304, Princeton, WV 24740.
