She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Byrd and Myrtle Byrd; her brother Richard Byrd; and her son Steven Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Dunagan of Princeton; her grandchildren, Kasey Peters (Mark), Kristy Cecil (Andrew), Felicia Collins and Danielle Collins; and her great grandchildren, River James Cecil, Jayden Bailey, Cayden Collins and Camron Collins.
