He is survived by: his children, James Adkins, Janice Mullins, Buddy Adkins, Kathy Dancy, Roger Adkins, Ethel Morgan and Kevin Cook; and his siblings, Byron Billings (Marie), Steven Billings, Pamela Hull (Fred Hancock), Belinda Akers (Otis) and Bobby Billings (Linda). He is also survived by Several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
