He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Harvey and Nannie Kate Caldwell Harvey; and his siblings, Geraldine Harvey Cahill, Betty Harvey Pross, Doris Harvey Copeland, Charles L. Harvey, Jr. and Gordon W. Harvey.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Thelma Harvey of Annapolis, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seaver Funeral Home (1507 N Walker St, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
