He is survived by: his wife Debbie Goddard Church of Princeton; his children, Amanda Church Shinault (Billy) of Holly Ridge, NC, Sarah Church of Princeton and Bradley Church of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Kennedi Shinault, Lincoln Shinault, Monroe Shinault and Macie Bailey; and his siblings, Shelby Church Carrico of Grant, AL, Clyde Church (Carolyn) of Sawmills, NC, Dave Church of Princeton and Ray Church of Princeton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
