He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Wade and Mabel Annedith Stowers Wade; his wife Patricia Lynn Wade; and his brothers, Jack and Russell Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Alice Wade Jr.), Loria Cox, Rhonda Carroll and William (Tammy Wade); and his sister Connie McPeak. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren; Thirty-one great-grandchildren.
