He is survived by: his children, Sherry Belcher (Teaford), Shelia McClaugherty (Doy), Riley Jackson Meadows II (Candy) and Angela Garrett (Stanley); and his grandchild Fifteen. He is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren.
