He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Richard Hayward and Elizabeth Hess Hayward; his wife Ann Hayward; and his brother Phil Hess. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Brown, Richard Orville Hayward Jr., Joann Wagner, Orville Wayne Hayward, Oryetta Faye Radican, Phillip Karl Hayward Sr., Samantha Mock, Rebecca Dallas Hayward, Elizabeth Lopez Hayward, Benjamin Hayward and Tabitha Lopez; and his siblings, Pat Dickie and Jeanie Davidson. He is also survived by grandchildren and 50 plus great grandchildren.
