He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard I. Daisey and Lois Cornelia Borden Daisey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lynne Leshkow Daisey; his children, Dianna Putorek (John) and David Daisey (Sheri); his granddaughter Leanna Faulkner (Tyler); his children, Halie Henkes (Nick), Meredith Saunders (Aaron) and Amanda Putorek; his great grandchildren, Ian Faulkner and Elouise Henkes; and his sister Phyllis Moxley of Fairfield, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Dick's name be made to Princeton Presbyterian Church, 1809 W. Main Street, Princeton, WV 24740.
