He was predeceased by: his parents, Eura Belcher and Myrtle Belcher; and his siblings, Jack, Geneva, Ruby, Norma, Francis, Jean, Marie and Nancy Joan.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Belcher; his great grandchild Justin Laws; his brothers, James and Thomas Belcher; and his granddaughters, Michelle Yoder and Alisha McGuire. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
