He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William McKinney and Linda Kay McKinney (Ellis); and his grandparents, Oliver Kermit McKinney and Rev. Thomas Ellis (TS). He is survived by: his brother Charles Dwayne McKinney (Nita Marie) of Northfork; his cousin Charles Ellis (Patricia); his uncle Britain McKinney (Elsie) of Basin; his aunt Josephine Tolliver of Beckley; and his pet Pee-Wee.
