He is survived by: his wife Martha Lu Rose McKenzie; his children, Christine McKenzie, Dawn Shook (Chris), Sean McKenzie (René) and Bridgett Haislip (Chuck); his grandchildren, Mac Haislip, Jake Shook, Piper and Jameson McKenzie; his brother Randall Blevins; his adoptive daughter Amanda Shorter; his friends, Jimmy and Delores Easter; and his daughter Martha Easter.
