J.) of Flat Top and Jonathan Mills (Kayla) of Flat Top; his adoptive children, Haylie and Faith; his grandsons, Bryson Pendleton, Tyler James Pendleton, John Mills and Jacob Mills; his brother Marvin Dale "Bear" Dick (Diane) of Des Plaines, Illinois; and his close friend Robert Blankenship of Flat Top.
