It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oden Godfrey of Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Byrd and Josie Thomas Byrd; and her husband Ted J. Godfrey, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Ted Byrd of Princeton; her nephew Bobby Godfrey (Helen) of Princeton; and also Susan Byrd-Yurkiewicz of Princeton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bridge Baptist Church in Matoaka.
