We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2022, at the age of 80, Norma Jean Basham of Princeton, West Virginia, born in Oakvale, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Copper and Martha Hill Cooper; and her siblings, Nancy Brown, Georgie Bays and Kenneth Cooper.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Jean Halsey and Deanna "Dee Dee" Baldwin; her grandchildren, Jeff Halsey Jr. (Mya), Wendy Halsey, JoAnna Brown (Ced) and Leanna Kyle (Mike); and her sister Janie Gasman.
