She was predeceased by: her husband Paul. She is survived by: her son Gene Thurmer (Karen) of Bluefield, WV; her granddaughter Melissia Oliverio (Mike); her great grandchildren, Michael of Morgantown, WV and Maggie Oliverio of Morgantown, WV; her sisters, Ruby Coppinger of Bluefield, VA and Dolly Archangelio of Detroit, MI; and her brother-in-law Sam Thurmer of Princeton, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Society for research.
