He is survived by: his wife Tina Renea Billings Cook; his children, Michael Cody Cook and Amber Shea Martin; his grandchildren, Kaylin, Leeann and Ariashea; his stepfather Jim Deskins; and his mother-in-law Margaret Billings. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
