He is survived by: his wife Patty Peak of Princeton; his children, Michael Keith Peak II, Angela Michelle Barilla (Mark) of Lerona, Pamela Stephenson of Kernersville, NC, Sherrie Phillips (Mark) of Mt. Airy, NC and Debbie Blackwell of Dobson, NC; his grandchildren, Kaylie Peak, Kamryn Peak, Dylan Barilla, Kinsley Barilla, Tyler Johnston, Joshua Johnston, Cody Yopp, Courtney McCarty, Kristin Mullins and Alexis Stephenson; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Oaklynn, Dakota, Trent, Atticus and Jade; and his sisters, Linda Neeley (Marvin) of Princeton and Barbara Blackwell (Michael) of Princeton.
