It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merlin D. Lilly in Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Lilly and Clarice Graham Lilly; and his brothers, Edward and Lloyd Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ferguson Lilly; his children, Patricia Yancey (Phil) of Middletown, DE, Leslie Lilly (Karen) of Nimitz and David Lilly (Sandra) of New Castle, DE; and his siblings, Arnold Lilly of Flat Top, Wilbert Lilly (Nancy) of Flat Top, Grady Lilly (Diane) of Ellison Ridge and Vada Wyrick (Delmar) of Radford, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
