He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Cardwell and Lorrets Lewis Shrader; his grandparents, Donald Lewis, Lillian Lewis Blankenship and Frances Lewis Cardwell; his siblings, Gail Johnson (John), Deborah Kelly and Jamie Kelly (Marie); and his half-siblings, Judy, Sandy, Edna and John Cardwell. He was also cherished by Several loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
