She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Hugh Cook, Sr. and Ethel Maude Eastham Cook. She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael R. Mills (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Stephen Paul Webb (Julie), Matthew Allen Mills (Amber) and Melissa Erin Mills Palmer (David). She is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren.
